Bar Over 3H Honey

As part of a sustainable farm model, we have run an apiary in at the Howe Family Farm.
Julie-Anne started with 4 hives in the spring of 2016. It was a great year with lots of learning and adventures. We had so much fun that this year, we are running 42 hives.
Our hives are located in our home year with access to dandelions, lilacs, and our orchard for spring nectar sources. In the summer the bees forage on our alfalfa fields, canola and the flowers in our gardens.
We are currently developing an orchard for our bees with cherry trees, raspberries, blueberries, plum trees and more for the bees to have a greater amount of spring pollen and nectar sources to feed on.
Local Honey is available to the Moose Jaw area by delivery and shipping within Canada by request.
